If you are looking to study joseki like you would for a class, then a good place to start would be josfki Dictionary of Basic Joseki by Ishida Yoshio.
You might pick up a thing or two here and there, but for most players it will be rather difficult to apply it to your own jseki since the position always changes.

Thanks for the review, but joseku belongs in the Go Book Reviews subforum viewforum. This way of playing might seem to be basuc against a strong opponent, but it will actually make your handicap games less complicated and your strategic goals more clear. I think a certain kind of hard working mentality can work doggedly through the book and that such an approach pays huge dividends.

For those you might want to take a look at Kogo’s joseki dictionary. Kyu-level players also tend to play defensively and are not inclined to attack the stronger player.
